Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our services and goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, re-supply or other remedy where a product or service does not meet a consumer guarantee.
Cancelling a membership
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from your member account, or contact us if you cannot access it.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain member access until then and will not be charged for the next renewal. Cancelling does not automatically refund time already elapsed or benefits already supplied.
Membership refund requests
Contact us as soon as possible if there is a duplicate or incorrect charge, an unauthorised payment, a major service problem, or we have not supplied what was promised. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
For change-of-mind requests, membership fees are generally not refundable once the paid period has begun and digital access or member benefits have been made available. We may approve a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and bank processing times vary.
Donations
Donations are one-off and do not create membership. If a donation was duplicated, entered incorrectly or made without authority, contact us promptly. Refund requests are assessed case by case and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Merchandise returns
If merchandise is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and, where useful, photographs. We will provide an appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law and cover reasonable return costs where the item has a qualifying problem.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Any return we approve must ordinarily be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage is the customer’s responsibility and original delivery charges are not refundable.
Event-pickup orders can be corrected or returned under the same principles. Availability, fulfilment charges and expected timing are shown at checkout.
Events and other purchases
Where a ticket, event or special offer has additional cancellation terms, those terms will be shown before purchase. If we cancel a paid event or cannot provide the purchased service, we will offer the remedy required by law.
