Accepting these terms

By using the website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you must use paid and interactive member services with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. A person purchasing for a minor confirms they have authority to do so.

Membership plans and billing

• Monthly membership is $4.99 AUD per month, including GST.
• Annual membership is $50.90 AUD per year, including GST.
• Membership renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.
• Alumni access is complimentary and is available only to eligible, verified alumni records.

Current prices and included benefits are displayed before checkout. If a recurring price changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change applies to a future renewal.

Annual paid members are eligible for the advertised complimentary HOF cap for the relevant membership year, subject to reasonable stock, size, delivery and event-pickup arrangements.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and prevents the next renewal. Refund rights and requests are explained in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Member access and security

Member access is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for protecting access to your registered email and one-time sign-in codes, keeping profile details current and telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

We may temporarily restrict access to protect members, investigate misuse, maintain the service or comply with law. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, while respecting any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Community participation

When participating in Live Mentor Sessions, submitting questions or using community features, you must be respectful, lawful and safe. Do not harass others, impersonate another person, share private information without authority, interfere with the service or submit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

Sessions, guests, schedules, replays, benefits and merchandise may change due to availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide updates and reasonable alternatives where appropriate.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of original material you submit. You give us permission to store, review and use it for the purpose for which it was provided—for example, assessing a nomination, answering a session question or administering a member profile. You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit material concerning another person.

Hall Of Fame content

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, text, graphics, images, video and other content are owned by or licensed to the Australian BMX Hall Of Fame or Australian BMX Museum. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use, but must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit content without permission.

Third-party services and links

Payments and some site functions rely on third-party providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or availability.

Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or events outside our reasonable control.

Changes and contact
